Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

• Leitung der Untersuchung, Begrenzung und Dokumentation von Nichtkonformitäten, CAPAs, Auditmassnahmen und Kundenbeschwerden
• Eskalation von Qualitätsproblemen wenn erforderlich
• Sicherstellung des rechtzeitigen Abschlusses von Qualitätsmaßnahmen wie, Nichtkonformitäten, CAPAs, Auditmaßnahmen und Kundenbeschwerden
• Unterstützung bei der Erreichung der wichtigsten Geschäftskennzahlen durch die Bereitstellung von technischer Unterstützung für die Wertstromprozesse
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem Teamleiter und/oder Manager bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung strategischer technischer Ziele und Vorgaben
• Führen von Ausschussreduzierungs Massnahmen innerhalb des Wertstroms durch einen strukturierten Ansatz zur Datenerfassung, Analyse und Problemlösung.
• Kostenmanagement durch die Durchführung von Projekten in den Bereichen Ausschuss, Wiederaufbereitung und Verbrauchsmaterialien
• Aktive Förderung einer Sicherheitskultur

Das bringen Sie mit:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem relevanten Engineering- oder naturwissenschaftlichen Fach oder gleichwertige Weiterbildung
• Mind. 2 Jahre Erfahrung in einem ähnlichen Bereich
• Berufserfahrung im Pharma- oder Medizinalbereich von Vorteil
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie gute Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse erforderlich

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Lead the investigation, mitigation and documentation of non-conformances, CAPAs, audit actions and customer complaints.
• Escalation of quality issues when required.
• Ensure timely completion of quality actions such as, non-conformances, CAPAs, audit actions and customer complaints.
• General Support attainment of key business metrics through the provision of engineering support for value stream processes
• Work with Team Lead and/or Manager to develop and implement strategic engineering Goals & Objectives.
• Lead scrap reduction within the value stream through a structured approach to data capture, analysis and problem solving.
• Manage costs through the delivery of scrap, reprocessing and consumable projects.
• Actively promote a safety culture.

Your profile:

• Degree in a relevant engineering or science discipline or equivalent further education and at least 2 years of experience in a similar field
• Professional experience in the pharmaceutical or medical sector is an advantage
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem solving skills
• Very good knowledge of German and English required
