IT-TELECOMMUNICATIONS ENGINEER (m/f/d)

• In your role, you will be responsible for setting up and configuring our voice communication systems.
• You will carry out the implementation and commissioning on site at the customer's premises, ensuring that smooth operation in the control centers.
• After successful commissioning, you will support our customers in the first few weeks as a competent contact person. You will then hand over the control center to our support team.
• As an interface, you will support the technical support team in an advisory capacity.

• You are qualified for your role if you have completed technical training in the IT or communications engineering field.
• You have already gained experience with IT systems and are ideally familiar with the VoIP environment.
