Tipico is looking for a Frontend Experimentation Developer to join our team. Grow with us, introduce us to new ideas and develop products that maximise the thrill of sports for our customers. Every day, you’ll work in a highly collaborative and agile environment with cross-functional team members to develop products and create technical solutions that push us forward.

Your playing field:

• Develop and implement A/B, multivariate, and personalization experiments across web and mobile platforms
• Collaborate with designers, analysts, product, and business stakeholders to translate hypotheses into technical solutions
• Ensure experiments are quality-assured, efficient, and compatible across browsers and devices
• Work with analysts and tracking specialists to ensure accurate data capture and reporting for all experiments
• Maintain a library of reusable components, templates, and snippets to improve testing efficiency
• Work with the Experimentation Manager to prioritize experiments and manage delivery timelines
• Stay up-to-date with front-end best practices, testing technologies, and CRO tools
• Contribute to fostering a culture of rapid experimentation and continuous improvement
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting views that make experiment results accessible and actionable for stakeholders
• Present test ideas, progress, and results to cross-functional teams and business stakeholders

Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

• Education. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Experience. 3+ years of hands-on experience in a technical product analytics, tracking, or CRO/experimentation role; exposure to the gaming or e-commerce industry (preferred)
• Tools. Strong expertise with Google Tag Manager (client & server-side), Google Analytics, FullStory (or similar), and marketing pixels; experience with A/B testing tools such as Optimizely, VWO, or ABTasty; proficiency with dashboarding tools like Looker, Data Studio, or Tableau
• Technical Skills. Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for debugging and implementation; ability to translate hypotheses into technical solutions and communicate results effectively
• Data Skills. Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) for reporting, analysis, and validation; advanced SQL knowledge is a plus
• Experimentation. Proven ability to design and deliver A/B, multivariate, and personalization experiments; ensure accurate tracking, data quality, and actionable reporting; contribute to a culture of rapid experimentation and continuous improvement
• Reporting Excellence. Demonstrated success in building and delivering clear, reliable KPI reporting for both A/B tests and product roadmap initiatives
• Business Acumen. Strong understanding of business goals and product KPIs, with the ability to translate data into compelling insights and KPI storytelling
• Soft Skills. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities
• Language. Fluent in English, verbal and written
