Your daily pitch

You would call yourself a detail-oriented professional who provides high quality work and thoroughly follows set procedures? You enjoy optimizing procedures, as well as providing and enhancing trainings? Are you confident in your knowledge of Safer Gambling matters for the German market? Then the role as Safer Gambling Specialist - German Speaking (m/f/x) might be exactly what you are looking for! Your collaborative and self-driven nature will pave the way to working closely with the Head of Safer Gambling and key stakeholders to ensure compliance, reduce errors, suggest process improvements, and document guidelines to achieve excellence within our Customer Operations.

Your playing field:

• You'll be supporting the Head of Safer Gambling in the constant improvement of the player protection system by evaluating customer data and implementing effective mitigation measures
• You will contribute to the control framework validating the proper functioning of player protection functions and processes
• Liaise closely with Player Safety team in Customer Operations and serve as a point of contact for questions from all internal stakeholders
• You'll manage content regarding player protection (e.g. RG page) and support in compiling documents and reports for external stakeholders and regulators
• Assure player protection training is conducted in line with applicable regulation and the Group’s Player Protection Concept

Which skills you should bring to the pitch:

• Experience. You have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in online gambling within a similar role under German market regulations.
• Strong communicator. Excellent verbal and written communication skills – You know how to manage and negotiate with stakeholders and partners.
• Collaboration. Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensuring to convey our commitment to regulatory best practices.
• Analytical Mindset. Ability to evaluate and interpret data to make data-driven decisions to optimize the development of processes.
• Language. English is the official language in our Malta office; therefore fluent English language skills are essential. As the #1 sportsbetting provider in Germany, German language skills are also critical to communicate with stakeholders.
