Software Application Engineer & 1st Level Online Support (m/f/d)
Tucker (Atlanta Area), GA

In this position, you will be the primary technical contact for our prospects and customers
from the beginning of the sales process through closing. Once they are customers
you will provide guid-ance during the project, assist with installing the software,
conduct online and on-site training, as well as provide ongoing online support.

Your responsibilities will include:
• 1st level online support
• Technical support for software maintenance customers
• Software installation and customer training on site
• Sales support through demos and presentations, and customer support
through implemen-tation
• Willingness to travel approx. 50% (trips within North America)
• Preparation / tracing of errors (bugs) for software programming
• Testing of software releases (user tests)
• Assistance in the creation of training manuals for software modules
and software interfac-es

You bring us:
• Experience as a software technician and in 1st level support
(ideally in a technical software application environment)
• Experience in dealing with databases (MS SQL Server)
• Communication and guidance (teaching) skills in dealing with customers
• Exceptionally good written and spoken English
• Understanding of technical relationships (ideally in CNC production,
tools, CAD / CAM, etc.)
