What you will do:

• Thawing of active ingredients, weighing of excipients, preparation of the final drug product formulation

• Preparation, cleaning, and sterilization of components and utensils for the filling lines

• Adherence to the relevant SOPs, EHS and GMP regulations

• Identification and reporting of potential issues, as well as active support in continuous improvement processes

• Timely and GMP‑compliant documentation of all activities (e.g. in computer systems such as MES or in logbooks)

• Inspection of equipment, ensuring that it is cleaned and correctly stored

What we are looking for:

• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing within a GMP‑controlled environment is essential

• Experience with Compounding activities or with GMP washers or autoclaves are a strong plus

• Completed vocational training in the pharmaceutical field is considered an advantage

• A detail‑oriented mindset, with GMP‑compliant work as a natural standard; you enjoy collaborating in a team and thrive in a dynamic environment

• Fluency in German with basic skills in English

• Willingness to work daytime initially and transition to a two‑shift model around 2028

• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment, including full gowning procedures
