In our Drug Product Services (DPS) business unit, we are currently seeking a Process Expert for our new aseptic Drug Product Manufacturing facility in Stein (prefilled syringes). This role is part of a Greenfield project, where you will join a highly energized and diverse team. Your contributions will be crucial in ensuring our processes are executed safely within the expected quality and compliance (cGMP).

What you will do:

• As the technical expert you ensure that the aseptic fill & finish line (into syringes) runs efficiently and effectively

• Coordinate and support the qualification and validation activities, ensuring they meet strict industry standards

• Lead product and process related investigations and deviations and define CAPAs and changes.

• Identify weaknesses in the production line, investigate issue and determine solutions. Drive process related trouble shooting / investigations ensure that process technical batches generate sufficient process knowledge by thoroughly testing critical variables

• Provide front line shopfloor support to manufacturing, working with the operator, focusing on manufacturing process

• Establish, drive and maintain good cleanroom management practices. Collaborate with team members to successfully implement improvements and new processes

• Achieve Inspection readiness level and to provide the necessary support in any internal or external audit

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in EITHER aseptic filling or aseptic manufacturing of drug product

• Experience with syringe filling process is an advantage

• Experience with qualification and validation of manufacturing equipment is a strong advantage

• Degree or equivalent experience in Life Science or Engineering

• Demonstrated experience working in a GMP-controlled environment is a must

• Proficiency in English; German is a plus

• Ability to agilely move between various tasks during this dynamic and exciting project phase. You demonstrates strong collaboration skills and actively support your team members
