About the Role
Duration: 1 year
Location: Stein, Aargau
Your responsibilities will include:
- Support laboratory team with expert analytics to ensure efficient and compliant lab operations
- Review and approve analytical data in alignment with GxP and HSE standards
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of drug substances and products
- Organize and interpret complex data using diverse instrumental technologies
- Lead method transfer and optimization initiatives across projects
- Manage equipment qualification, calibration, and breakdown resolution
- Prepare and execute equipment qualification plans for new technologies
- Report technical complaints and adverse events within 24 hours of receipt
What you'll bring to the role:
Work Experience:
- Completed doctoral degree in chemistry, biology, or pharmacy (completed within the past 2 years)
- Proven experience in analytical techniques and laboratory operations
- Strong understanding of GxP and HSE compliance standards
- Proficiency in instrumental analysis methods (e.g., HPLC, GC, spectroscopy)
Skills:
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Experience with equipment qualification and calibration processes
Languages :
- Fluency in English; German is a plus
