What you will do:

• Lead the EHS system management for the Stein and Stücki sites, ensuring a robust and compliant framework.

• Develop, harmonize, and continuously improve the EHS management system to align with DPS standards and evolving business needs.

• Own the full EHS audit program, acting as the primary contact for internal and customer audits, and ensuring smooth, high‑quality execution.

• Design, maintain, and lead audit processes, ensuring compliance with customer expectations, company standards, and international regulations.

• Track and manage audit findings, mitigation actions, and performance data, driving closure, transparency, and measurable impact.

• Serve as the EHS subject matter expert for office environments and non‑highly active filling lines, supporting daily operational safety needs and system-related projects.

What we are looking for:

• Several years of professional EHS experience in a strongly regulated environment such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, nuclear, or food manufacturing is a must

• Completed Swiss ASGS / EKAS certification or willingness to pursue it

• Technical education or degree in Biology, Chemical Engineering or equivalent education.

• Fluent English skills, with the ability to communicate confidently across teams and stakeholders is a must. German language skills are a plus. If you are not fluent in German you should have the willingness to learn German.

• Strong interpersonal skills: approachable, collaborative, assertive when needed, and able to work effectively with people at all levels.

• You thrives in a highly dynamic environment where new structures still need to be created.
