Seeking a hardworking Scientist Microbiology, Quality Control 80-100% to join our growing team in Switzerland! This varied role combines routine lab work and with writing of protocols, reports etc.

What you’ll do :

• Conduct routine analytical analysis, including Endotoxin Testing, bioburden, and sterility testing.

• Adhere strictly to GMP regulations to ensure flawless operations

• Support the installation, qualification, and re-qualification of laboratory instruments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to efficiently implement new analytical processes.

• Resolve and troubleshoot any microbiological issues to maintain extraordinary quality standards.

What we’re looking for :

• Apprenticeship or BSc in Biology or equivalent experience.

• Solid experience in working in GMP-controlled Quality Control environments.

• Background in Microbiology; hands-on experience with bioburden and endotoxin is a must (experience with sterility testing is a plus).

• Proficient in English; German proficiency is a plus.
