We are looking for operational Purchaser for a temporary project in Basel

Tasks:

• Process Purchase Orders: Efficiently manage and process purchase orders.
• Source with Precision: Identify and procure high-quality materials that meet the company’s
• Master SAP Data: Maintain and update purchasing data in SAP, including delivery dates, discounts, pricing, and order acknowledgments.
• Engage with Excellence: Build and sustain strong daily interactions with internal stakeholders and trusted suppliers, including conducting price and lead-time negotiations when necessary.
• Handle with Care: Administer all aspects of purchase orders

Requirements

• A strong foundation supported by relevant vocational training or a technical apprenticeship, combined with several years of equivalent professional experience.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
• A proactive, solution-oriented professional with a flexible and collaborative approach, capable of inspiring and influencing others.
• Customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-driven, with a strong sense of personal accountability and commitment to execution.
