Job description
- You will carry out chemical and physical analyses as part of biodiesel production and monitor them independently
- When taking samples, you will test samples from various phases of the production process, from the raw materials to the end products
- Regular checks of relevant parameters such as viscosity, density, water and acid content ensure that you comply with the applicable quality standards (e.g. en 14214)
- you conscientiously document all work steps, analysis results and production data in accordance with internal and external specifications
- by operating, maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment and measuring instruments, you ensure a smooth workflow
- you actively support the optimisation of production processes and help with root cause analysis, if deviations or malfunctions occur
- in all activities, you always observe the prescribed safety and environmental standards when handling chemicals and laboratory equipment
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training as a chemical laboratory technician (m/f/d), biology laboratory technician (m/f/d), CTA (m/f/d), BTA (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Experience in the application of chemical and physical analysis methods characterises you
- You demonstrate competence in the safe handling of classical laboratory equipment and digital documentation systems
- Good written and spoken German language skills are a matter of course for you
- With a high level of care, independence and a sense of responsibility
- You are able to work in a team and are willing to familiarise yourself with new methods and processes
- You have valid working papers
