Sales Manager Fiber Optics (m/f/d)

Job Description:

Our mission is to drive digitalization forward and support network operators in building high-performance, future-proof fiber optic networks. To help expand broadband infrastructure, we are seeking multiple Sales Managers Fiber Optics (m/f/d). Your responsibilities will include:

• Acquiring and managing relationships with network operators and municipal business clients

• Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet sales targets

• Presenting and consulting on our product portfolio to potential and existing customers

• Preparing offers, negotiating, and closing contracts

• Maintaining and expanding long-term customer relationships

• Monitoring the market and analyzing trends in fiber optic and broadband technologies

• Managing RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs (in line with VOB, TGA, UVgO regulations)

Job Requirements:
Here’s what you bring to the table to convince us:

• Several years of sales experience, ideally in the fiber optics sector

• Experience with carrier-grade solution selling in the telecommunications industry

• Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills

• Knowledge of contract and public procurement law (VOB, VOL, HOAI, TGA, UVgO)

• Strong communication skills in English

• Willingness to travel for business, including outside of Germany

• Ideally, familiarity with HFC and GPON networks
