Our client is a successful Nordic logistics group specializing in international rail transport. The company employs around 200 logistics professionals, and their mission is to create responsible and efficient logistics solutions to meet their customers' changing needs in international markets.

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented sales manager to join the sales team, responsible for new customer acquisition and the sale of logistics services for both export and import companies.

· New customer acquisition and sales of international logistics services, including terminal and warehousing services, to export and import companies

· Service development by utilizing customer insights and market understanding

· Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders

· Creating new customer relationships and contacts, as well as developing existing ones, which requires readiness to work "in the field" and travel regularly

· Experience with and strong evidence of successful new customer acquisition.

· Solid knowledge of international transport, various modes of transport, and supply chain management

· Solid knowledge of railway logistics

· Excellent understanding of the logistics market and pricing of logistics services

· Fluent in both English and German

· A Nordic corporate culture with a flat hierarchy and informal collegial relations
