For over 30 years, INRO in Stockstadt am Main in the centre of the FrankfurtRhineMain metropolitan region has been producing control systems and drive solutions that reliably set systems and machines in motion. Industrial trucks, construction machinery and pump systems are just a few examples where our solutions ensure that everything runs safely, precisely and efficiently every day. With around 150 employees, we realise all steps from the initial idea to series production directly at our site in Stockstadt am Main. In our team, people of different ages, experiences and nationalities work together on well thought-out products. In this way, new solutions for demanding applications are constantly being created, in which we utilise the latest technology. Your tasks
As a Laboratory Assistant (m/f/d) in our Technical Analysis department, you will play a crucial role in quality assurance and customer satisfaction together with your four colleagues. In close cooperation with various departments and acting as a link to development, you will analyse the causes of functional errors and repair affected control systems. Become part of our team and ensure our technology remains at the highest level! These activities are part of your responsibilities:
- You carry out analyses and repairs using circuit diagrams and layout plans, adhering to IPC and ESD standards, while complying with applicable norms, development and testing specifications.
- You identify systematic error causes, establish corrective measures, and conduct effectiveness checks in collaboration with other departments.
- You form the interface to development and advise our specialist departments with your expertise on technological issues.
- You support your colleagues in our test park with error messages
- You record your examination results in test and repair reports and document everything in our quality management system.
Your profile
- Successfully completed technical training in the field of electronics, electrical engineering, automation or information and systems engineering, or an equivalent qualification
- Further training as an electrician desirable
- Previous experience in electromechanical repair is an advantage
- Good soldering skills in the SMT and THT areas
- Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams and electrical engineering layouts
- Detailed knowledge of electronic components and electrical engineering components
- Very good analytical skills
- High level of quality awareness and teamwork
- Good German and basic English skills, spoken and written.
