For over 30 years, INRO in Stockstadt am Main in the centre of the FrankfurtRhineMain metropolitan region has been producing control systems and drive solutions that reliably set systems and machines in motion. Industrial trucks, construction machinery and pump systems are just a few examples where our solutions ensure that everything runs safely, precisely and efficiently every day. With around 150 employees, we realise all steps from the initial idea to series production directly at our site in Stockstadt am Main. In our team, people of different ages, experiences and nationalities work together on well thought-out products. In this way, new solutions for demanding applications are constantly being created, in which we utilise the latest technology. Your tasks
As reinforcement for our five-strong Sales & Marketing team, we are looking for a sales personality with strong communication and sales skills to drive forward the expansion of our long-established Motion Control product area. You will develop new business areas and position our control systems for drive solutions in Germany and Europe and contribute to the further growth of our customer base. With your confident manner and your ability to offer customised solutions for a wide range of requirements, you are a competent consultant for our customers. These varied tasks await you with us:
- You open up new business areas in the field of motion control, from customer search and pricing to the development of convincing reference projects.
- Identification and acquisition of potential new customers in prioritised sectors such as intralogistics, construction machinery, municipal technology, the maritime industry and aviation technology - and their successful development into paying first-time customers.
- You manage the entire sales process: analysing requirements, developing solution concepts and technical presentations with the help of technical experts and closing deals.
- Close cooperation with the development department to create customised solution architectures
- They represent us on site with customers and at relevant trade fairs, qualify leads and bring valuable market impulses back into the portfolio.
- Monitor the competition and technology trends and translate the findings into a clear positioning and offering.
Your profile
- You have a good technical understanding - whether from your studies, technical training or professional experience
- You have experience in technical sales of products that require explanation
- Ideally, you have knowledge of drive electronics or control and regulation technology
- You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
- You are in possession of a class B car driving licence
- You are willing to visit our customers on site (up to 25 % of working time)
