For our menu query at the Helios Hanseklinikum Stralsund we are looking for you as

Nursing assistant (m/f/d).

• Carrying out the daily menu recording for our patients, taking into account medically prescribed diets or speech therapy levels (e.g. passed food)
• Systematic documentation of the quantities actually consumed (consumption protocols) as well as the drinking quantities in the patient curve
• Support in serving food and drinks as well as preparing the patient environment for a pleasant dining atmosphere
• Communication of special requests or intolerances to the food supply to avoid incorrect orders
• Regular implementation and documentation of weight checks (weighing of patients)
• Immediately report to the specialist or nurse if patients refuse to eat or show pain when swallowing

• Professional qualification as a state-certified geriatric or nursing assistant (m/f/d)
• High degree of professional and social competence
• Strong organizational skills and friendly and obliging manners
• High sense of responsibility
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
