We are looking for you as

for our Helios Hanseklinikum in Stralsund at the earliest possible date.

• You will deputize for the head of department and support the head of department in managing the team, including regular feedback meetings and motivating employees
• You will coordinate staff deployment, staff requirement planning, duty roster and applicant management for the traumatology/orthopaedics/surgery department
• You will monitor the need for and ordering of work materials as well as checking the devices and technical equipment, organizing the ordering of materials/medicines.
• You will be responsible for controlling, monitoring, checking and evaluating regular processes across all wards
• You will support team development, training and further training planning and other management topics
• You will ensure patient-centered care and quality in dealing with patients

Successfully completed vocational training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d) or comparable qualification

Professional experience, preferably also as deputy manager or specialist further training as area manager desirable, willingness to acquire this otherwise

Willingness to complete a degree in nursing management (B.Sc.) after 2 years of probation

High level of professional and social competence as well as strong organizational skills

Open-mindedness towards new nursing knowledge and developments

Legally required proof of immunization against measles
