Do you want to make the Sonplas brand visible on an international level and drive marketing both strategically abd operationally? Then join us as a Marketing Manager (m/f/d) and actively shape our presence in the B2B environment.

Your tasks

• You develop and implement campaigns and marketing initiatives to strengthen our brand presence and position our solutions in an international B2B environment
• You take ownership of our digital channels – especially our website and social media – and continuously develop them both strategically and operationally while creating engaging, target group-specific content
• You ensure a consistent brand appearance and actively contribute to the further development of our corporate design
• You support trade fairs, events, and other marketing activities in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners
• You translate technical content into clear, compelling communication for our website, social media, presentations, and other marketing and sales materials
• You collaborate closely with different departments and external partners
• You keep an eye on market, competitor, and communication trends, analyze relevant KPIs, and derive actionable insights

Your profile

• You have successfully completed a degree in marketing, communications, media technology, business administration with a focus on marketing, or a comparable field
• You bring experience in B2B marketing as well as in working with digital marketing channels, content creation, website management, and graphic design
• You are confident in using common MS Office applications and have solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
• You have a strong technical affinity and are able to prepare even complex topics in a clear and target group-oriented way
• You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• You stand out with your initiative, creativity, team spirit, organizational skills, flexibility, and a structured way of working
• You have a confident presence, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of cross-functional business relationships
