We combine in-house expertise and services for strategic consulting, conception, and design with those of a planning office for temporary structures, museum design, and exhibition architecture, as well as production for film, media, and interaction. For our team in Stuttgart, we are looking for you to join us as soon as possible as a Senior Project Manager Media and Communications (m/f/x).

• You will be responsible for organizing and managing existing large-scale projects across all service phases.
• You will advise and guide clients in a naturally confident manner.
• You will actively shape interdisciplinary processes by working with other experts to implement sophisticated design requirements and tailor-made concepts, e.g., for modern working environments, educational institutions, brand architecture, and branding.
• You will lead your internal interdisciplinary team in collaboration with the Creative Director from professional creative chaos to structure and success.
• You will ensure smooth and cost-effective project management.

• You have a degree in architecture and a keen sense of design and aesthetics.
• You have several years of experience in managing large-scale projects, preferably in building construction.
• You are familiar with the relevant laws, standards, guidelines, building regulations, and VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures) and are experienced in complying with them.
• You are able to juggle many tasks at once, working independently, with focus and confidence in project management.
• You are an empathetic, customer-oriented personality who impresses with your confident manner, coupled with the necessary assertiveness and communication skills.
• You are confident in giving presentations in German and English and, ideally, are proficient in using Keynote.
