• You will be responsible for organizing and managing existing large-scale projects across all service phases.
• You will advise and guide clients and all project participants in a naturally confident manner.
• You will actively shape interdisciplinary processes by collaborating with other experts and taking into account demanding design requirements, such as visitor guidance and the staging of exhibits.
• You will lead your internal interdisciplinary team in collaboration with the Creative Director from professional creative chaos to structure and success.
• You will ensure smooth and cost-effective project management.

• You have a degree in architecture or interior design.
• You have several years of experience in managing large-scale projects, preferably in exhibition design, and you attach great importance to high-quality and detailed interior design, sophisticated design, and innovative ideas.
• You are familiar with the relevant laws, standards, guidelines, building regulations, and VOB (German construction contract procedures) and are experienced in complying with them.
• You are able to remain focused when awarding public contracts, working independently and confidently in project management.
• You are interested in culture, science, and diverse experiential spaces that can be brought to life with state-of-the-art media technology.
• You are an empathetic, customer-oriented personality who impresses with your confident manner, coupled with the necessary assertiveness and communication skills. Ideally, you find it easy to communicate with authorities.
• You are confident in presenting in German and English and ideally proficient in using Keynote.
