Your role

We are looking for an ambitious problem solver and results-oriented Client Success Manager & Solution Expert to maintain and grow relationships with our most valuable clients, mainly mid-sized companies in the DACH region. You will play a critical role in understanding client needs, proposing customized solutions, leveraging extensive product knowledge and ensuring client success with our AI platform.

Your tasks

Customer relations

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and act as their trusted advisor.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, industry partners and executives in medium to large organizations.

Solution consulting

  • Gain a deep understanding of customers’ business needs and pain points to propose customized Blockbrain solutions.
  • Work with the product team to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support for key customers.

Strategic sales

  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals using Blockbrain’s AI tools to demonstrate the value of our solutions.

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Work with the product and marketing teams to ensure effective positioning of Blockbrain solutions.
  • Collaborate with the operations team (TPM and Tech) to ensure smooth implementation of solutions for customers.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activity and Blockbrain product developments to provide strategic advice to clients.

Your profile

  • Experience: 5+ years in key account management or solution consulting roles, preferably in the B2B SaaS or technology industry.
  • Communication: Excellent German and English language skills.
  • Solution Design: Proven ability to understand business challenges and design customized solutions using technology platforms.
  • Consulting expertise: Experience in consulting complex technology solutions, some of which require explanation, with short cycles of 2-3 months.
  • Industry knowledge: Familiarity with knowledge management, process automation, Large Language Models (LLMs) or related technologies.
  • Analytical skills: Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements.
  • Technical affinity: Experience with CRM and automation tools.
  • Project Management: Proven project management skills to oversee the implementation and ongoing support of solutions.
  • Education: Bachelor, MBA or relevant technical degree is an advantage.
