We’re looking for an experienced end user Solution & Services Advisory Architect to lead the pre-sales and delivery of our digital workplace offerings across EMEA. This role is central to translating complex customer needs into outcome-driven IT solutions and guiding them through large-scale transformation programs. You will report to the EMEA Solution & Services Architecture Leader and work closely with internal and external teams to drive successful delivery and customer satisfaction.

What You will do:

• Strong experience designing and implementing digital workplace solutions

• Deep technical knowledge of end-user environments and transformation processes

• Ability to develop and present compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI

• Proven track record with complex solutioning, including cost and commercial modeling

• 5+ years in project, change, and service delivery roles

• Multilingual, including fluent English and ideally local language

• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills up to C-level

• Background in infrastructure, datacentre, or network presales is a plus

• Ability to coach and support peers and contribute to service innovation
