The Head of Global FP&A will lead a global financial planning and analysis function that delivers actionable insights, supports decision-making, and drives business performance. The role includes building and managing a lean but effective FP&A team with deep business understanding and advanced financial modeling capabilities, serving both global and regional levels.

As a strategic sparring partner to the Group CFO and a member of the Global Management Board, the individual will play a key role in shaping the financial direction of a sustainably growing company operating in a forward-looking industry. The position includes functional oversight of regional FP&A teams and active involvement in strategic initiatives such as M&A, portfolio optimization, and the development of financial data analytics infrastructure.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Serve as a strategic advisor and hands-on business partner to senior leadership and regional FP&A teams
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis across the organization, including oversight of controlling activities for global sales, operations, and service entities
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance and trend analysis with relevant market insights
• Manage quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-term strategic financial planning
• Own and optimize controlling processes, driving transformation, standardization, and digitalization
• Provide financial modeling and valuation support for investments, M&A, contracts, and strategic projects
• Identify improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to enhance reporting and analytical capabilities
• Lead and develop the FP&A team, fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement
• Build strong cross-functional relationships and promote collaboration across global and regional teams

• University degree (Master/Diploma) in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• 5-7+ years of FP&A experience in a global manufacturing setting, including 2-3 years in a leadership role
• Strong IT affinity and systems knowledge
• Fluent in English; German preferred; additional languages are a plus
• High integrity and ethical standards
