Your new employer:
A leading industrial company – manufacturing industry / automation technology.
Your new area of responsibility:
Overall technical responsibility for our client's IT and SAP strategy.
Management of the PMO, as well as management of strategic IT projects and programmes and responsibility for time, scope and budget.
Advising the CIO on all IT-related issues with regard to platform strategies, IT governance, processes and IT architecture.
Reviewing and evaluating new technologies, e.g. in the field of AI.
Drafting contracts with external service providers and managing external service providers and internal project resources.
Preparing and holding workshops with users and internal clients.
Your profile:
You have a university degree or completed training or comparable qualification.
You have in-depth experience in managing projects and programmes with a focus on business IT (ideally SAP or S4HANA) and production-related systems.
In addition to your technical knowledge, you also have a good understanding of the processes of a manufacturing industrial company (ideally automotive).
You also speak English well. Other languages such as German, French or Japanese would be desirable.
Willingness to travel occasionally (e.g. to Luxembourg – approx. 20% of travel).
Valid work permit for at least one of the two countries. At least 5 years of work experience in one of the two countries (ideally Germany).
