Hotel specialist (m/f/d)/ Receptionist with heart (m/f/d)

We are looking for a friendly employee (m/f/d) with heart for the reception desk full-time (90 % – 5 days a week) with immediate effect or by arrangement

Your tasks

The tasks are varied and include reception and breakfast service:

• Carrying out the check-in and check-out of our guests
• Processing reservation requests and bookings
• Individual support and competent advice for our guests
• Support for conferences
• Communication and correspondence with guests via telephone and email
• Early morning service: preparation of the breakfast buffet and breakfast service, etc.

The regular working hours at reception are from approx. 06.00 to 15.30 in the early shift and from approx. 11/12.00 to 21.00 in the late shift

Requirements profile

• You are open and friendly and have a heart for our guests
• You are characterized by flexibility and commitment
• You value a well-groomed appearance and good manners
• You are fluent in German and have a good knowledge of English
• You have good PC skills (Office programs)
• Professional experience in a hotel and in working with a hotel reservation program is desirable, but not essential
