Ihr neues Aufgabengebiet:

Design of new solutions in the area of SAP HCM based on the components SAP HCM (mainly PY) and SAP SuccessFactors. Continuous optimization of existing processes and solutions.
Assumption of project management tasks in the SAP HCM environment. Collaboration in implementation projects, creation of system specifications (with a focus on payroll), coordination and management of external consultants.
Consulting of the departments in all relevant SAP HCM and SF topics.
Testing, evaluation and recommendation of new tools and procedures. Accompaniment of national and international projects, as well as collaboration on support topics.

Ihr Profil:

You have a completed apprenticeship, a degree or a comparable qualification. In addition, you have several years of experience as an SAP specialist with a focus on SAP HCM PY.
In doing so, you advise your customers competently, both at process and system level.
You act in a customer-oriented manner and strive to develop an optimal result for the respective requester.
You speak German on at least level B2, ideally you speak English suitable for projects.
