Do you enjoy working with people, are service-oriented and communicative and appreciate fresh cuisine? As a kitchen assistant (m/f/d) in our exclusive restaurant in the brand new Allianz Park Stuttgart, you will be part of the fine dining team that creates exquisite menus for special occasions. You will have the opportunity to fully develop your skills and expertise in a state-of-the-art kitchen and help create unique culinary experiences. You will support the kitchen team in the preparation of meals
Helping to serve meals and freshly prepared and varied dishes
You will take on preparation tasks in the staff restaurant
Ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines, regulations and laws in the staff restaurant (such as HACCP guidelines, compliance with hygiene and quality standards and operational requirements)
Actively contributing ideas and suggestions for improvement to optimize our processes
You will assist with light maintenance cleaning: Properly taking care of leftovers, taking dirty dishes to the sink and cleaning appliances such as Thermomix, Pacojet or Rational ovens
Assisting with the preparation of specified starters, desserts and finger food

Professional experience in a comparable position is desirable
Knowledge of the applicable hygiene standards and regulations is an advantage
Ability to work in a team and reliability
Friendly, service-oriented appearance, host qualities and good organizational skills
High level of commitment, ability to work under pressure and identification with the tasks
Knowledge of written and spoken German
