Your tasks

• Responsible for end-to-end IT recruiting: from gathering requirements and active sourcing to conducting interviews and selecting suitable talent
• Maintain all recruitment-related data and documentation in the applicant tracking system
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates in the IT field
• Coordinate and execute the onboarding process for new employees
• Collaborate closely with payroll and other internal stakeholders

Your profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, HR Management or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in recruiting with a focus on IT roles, combined with a strong affinity for tech topics and a solid understanding of IT job profiles
• Strong team player with enthusiasm for connecting people and talent
• Proactive, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across all levels
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
