The Sales Development Representative will work closely with the Commercial Sales Manager (Inside Sales) and is responsible for supporting all aspects of Sales and Business Development, including identifying new sales opportunities within existing and future market segments and distribution channels, then converting these into sales.

- New Customer Acquisition: Identification and approach of potential customers via telephone acquisition, email and social media campaigns
- Lead qualification: First qualification of incoming leads and forwarding to the responsible Commercial Sales Manager or Sales Representative in the field.
- Account Management: Analysis of customer needs, maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships via telephone, email and online meetings for product presentations
- CRM Maintenance: Documentation and transparency of customer data in the CRM system (Salesforce).
- Collaboration: Close coordination with Commercial Sales Manager, field sales, distribution partners, marketing teams and customer service.
