Proclinical is seeking a SR - Rare Diseases to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring strong connections within the healthcare ecosystem, including hospitals, clinics, and patient organizations. A patient-focused approach and fluency in both German and English are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute account strategies to engage key customers and penetrate the market within the assigned region.
• Build and maintain relationships with local decision-makers, hospitals, practices, and patient associations to educate about rare diseases and available therapies.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and care teams to exchange knowledge and develop patient-focused strategies.
• Advocate for patients with rare diseases and provide expertise on available tools and resources.
• Share balanced and accurate information about new therapies in the field of rare diseases.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in health sciences, natural sciences, or a related field, along with certification as a pharmaceutical representative (according to §75 AMG).
• Experience in rare and/or neurological diseases is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of medical, scientific, and health policy concepts, as well as data analysis and neurology.
• Patient-oriented mindset with excellent communication and commercial skills.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Ability to manage complex cases and projects efficiently.
• Permanent residence in the Stadtkreis area.
