Job Description

Location: Europe (e.g. Benelux, DACH, or Nordics) | Travel: 30–50%

Do you live and breathe quality in healthcare? Is GDP in your DNA and you're ready for the next big step? Then this is your chance.

Your responsibilities:

• Drive the development of our European GDP compliance system – including standards, KPIs, and benchmarks.
• Conduct gap analyses, assess potential acquisitions for GDP compliance, and support seamless integrations.
• Design and implement GDP certification and training programs across sites.
• Establish and manage outsourcing frameworks – including audits and quality agreements with service providers.
• Provide functional leadership to local GDP Managers across Europe – with influence, clarity, and consistency.
• Support audits, inspections, and customer projects – always with a strong quality mindset.
• Contribute your quality expertise to tenders and customer discussions, adding value with credibility and insight.
