We need someone with conviction to orchestrate talent acquisition for highly specialized roles at the intersection of photonics, AI acceleration, and high-performance computing—pulling from scattered talent pools across quantum optics, semiconductor physics, and advanced computing architectures.
Your responsibilities:

Your responsibilities:
- Secure high-performance acquisition experience.
- State-of-the-art talent acquisition driven as a strategic leadership discipline: combine sharp, data-driven search with a human-centric candidate and onboarding experience by continually improving processes.
- Strategically guide hiring managers in developing and executing a forward-thinking talent strategy.
- Proactively anticipate talent market shifts, providing unique insights and intelligence that drive a competitive advantage.
- Develop robust talent pipelines for critical and future-focused roles.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment, seamlessly integrating talent acquisition with business objectives, technical demands, and organizational pace.
Your profile
- A minimum of four years of dedicated experience in talent acquisition.
- Exceptional market acumen; you possess intelligence that precedes industry-standard sources.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with and foster trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and technical leadership.
- A change agent mindset, prepared to constructively challenge existing processes and spearhead necessary improvements.
- Proven success in identifying, attracting, and securing high-caliber talent within highly competitive markets.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in German being a distinct asset.
