Summary
As a working student in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) & Sales, you will support our sales team in building and maintaining our lead structure. You will research potential customers, structure data in the CRM, and help to further develop our sales processes using data.
Description
These are
YOUR TASKS
- Independently supervising the review of invoice proposals and ensuring that they are correct and complete
- Creating and sending our outgoing invoices to customers
- Regularly creating internal reports to provide important financial data for the team and management
- You manage communication and coordination with the Project Design Team and provide support with questions about invoicing
- You gain valuable insights into our forecast and budget planning and work closely with the team to support these processes
You have
THE FOLLOWING
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Marketing/Communications, Data/Business Analytics, or a related field
- Interest in sales processes, CRM systems, and data-driven work
- Initial experience with CRM systems or a strong willingness to learn quickly
- Structured, meticulous, and analytical approach to work
- Interest in building and maintaining client-agency relationships
- Excellent research skills and a keen sense for relevant companies and contacts
- A strong willingness to quickly learn our team's digital tools (e.g., Google Sheets, presentation and collaboration software)
- Strong communication skills and an independent and reliable work ethic
