Director of Leisure Sales m/w, worldwide Luxury Hotel in Switzerland

We are searching a Director of Leisure Sales for a leading luxury hotel in Switzerland.

Functional goal & goal achievement through the following main tasks:

− The Director of Leisure Sales is responsible for developing and leading the hotel’s leisure sales strategy across key feeder markets. The role focuses on growing revenue from leisure segments including travel agencies, tour operators, luxury consortia, OTAs (where relevant), wholesalers, and high-end FIT business. The position enhances the hotel’s presence in international markets, secures partnerships, increases market share, and drives profitable revenue aligned with the hotel’s commercial objectives.

The candidate should have at least 5-7 years experience in Sales in the luxury hospitality and be fluentnin English and an additional language. We look forward to your application.
