Junior HR BP (m/w/d)

Tasks :

• Coordinating and executing HR processes including on-boarding and employee relations for shift workers

• Writing and revising HR policies and SOPs to ensure alignment with company strategies and goals

• Staying up to date on HR trends and best practices as well as employment laws and regulations

• Providing reliable and scalable administrative support for HR processes and programs across the company

• Supporting performance management processes and assisting with training and development programs

Qualification:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the HR field

• Completed HR qualification in Switzerland - Brevet fédéral de spécialiste en ressources humaines

• Excellent knowledge of Swiss Labor Law

• Experience working in a production site is a strong advantage

• Strong communication skills being able to manage various stakeholders

• Fluency in English and French is a must, German is an advantage
