What you will move in this role:

• Full responsibility for the change management process and coordination of all change requests
• Coordination and planning of error and change tickets
• Coordination and execution of customer meetings to discuss error and change tickets
• Participation in decision-making meetings
• Support for project management
• Analysis, coordination, and documentation of technical changes
• Creation, revision, and approval of project documentation
• Ensuring smooth information flow between project stakeholders
• Organization and moderation of regular project meetings and technical committees

What skills and experience you should bring:

• Completed technical degree, training as a technician (m/f/d), or comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience in software, system, or hardware development
• Initial experience in project and problem management is an advantage
• Knowledge of development processes in the automotive industry
• Enjoyment of communicative and organizational tasks
• Structured, precise, and independent working style
• Fluent German language skills as well as good English language skills
