SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER/SENIOR CONSULTANT – INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS (remote)

To further expand our international client base and strengthen our international presence, we are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Senior Account Manager / Senior Consultant with a strong focus on building and managing international key accounts .
Your Role
As a Senior Account Manager for International Clients, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong partnerships with global companies while leveraging the expertise of our experienced local Swiss delivery team. You will act as the strategic interface between international clients and our recruiting specialists, ensuring outstanding service delivery and long-term client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and expand international client relationships with a focus on establishing and growing key accounts
Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion in tech-recruiting
Advise and support international clients regarding staffing strategies, service models, and market insights
Collaborate closely with our local Swiss recruiting team to ensure excellent candidate delivery and client satisfaction
Lead contract negotiations, define cooperation terms, and manage the full sales and recruitment cycle
Represent Prime21 AG internationally as a trusted partner for tech talent acquisition
Your Profile
Proven track record in tech recruiting (permanent or temporary placement) with a focus on international clients or cross-border markets
Strong network of clients and candidates within the technology sector
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a consultative and results-oriented approach
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong self-organization and time management skills
Fluent in English; additional languages (especially German) are a plus
A natural relationship builder with the ambition to shape and expand an international business segment
