The jobholder (f/m/d) will be based in Taufkirchen as a **Configuration & Documentation Manager (f/m/d) and is **responsible for the following tasks:

• Manage and drive the configuration for several space products in dynamic projects with changes, boards, baselines
• Be member of an interdisciplinary team to manage configuration/documentation in development and production across sites
• Performing configuration/documentation maturity assessments in close exchange with other stakeholder to master traceability as required for space products
• Establish and maintain the configuration/documentation data in Team Center and SAP
• Improve and strengthen the configuration/documentation management processes within the team and other stakeholders (LEAN oriented)
• Being and developing yourself to become an ambassador for configuration/documentation aspects

Personal requirements:

• Team player with excellent communication skills
• High level of assertiveness
• German and English: Fluently
• French is a plus
