Humify GmbH is an innovative company specializing in the development, characterization, and application of artificial humic substances. Our goal is to create sustainable solutions for agriculture and the environment. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated plant biologist (m/f/d) who will support our research and development and actively contribute to the further development of our technologies.

• Planning, conducting, and evaluating experiments on the effect of artificial humic substances on plant growth and soil quality
• Collaborating on the application and further development of test methods in the laboratory, greenhouse, and, if necessary, in field trials
• Supervision and technical support in the plant laboratory, including maintenance and documentation of equipment and processes
• Preparation of specifications for the procurement of services, materials, and laboratory equipment

• Completed degree or training in plant biology, agricultural sciences, botany, horticulture, or a comparable field
• Initial practical experience with plant testing, preferably in a greenhouse or field setting, is an advantage
• Confident use of common laboratory methods
• Good command of English is required. German knowledge is beneficial.
