As part of our team you will...
- independently calculate aviation projects and change requests in close coordination with sales, administration, and production.
- actively participate in the creation of quotes in the ERP system to ensure that our quotes are not only competitive but also accurate.
- take on the definition of calculation parameters and specifications and play a key role in international pricing.
- support project execution and contribute to project completion reports. You will ensure that we are successful not only in planning but also in post-calculation.
- continuously optimize our processes and ensure cost efficiency by working closely with our interdisciplinary teams.
- participate in and contribute to contract negotiations together with Customer Relations & Sales.
You're a good fit if you....
- have completed technical training in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or interior design, ideally at HTL level, or have several years of relevant professional experience in costing or a similar position (e.g., technical engineering or project management).
- have strong skills in dealing with numbers and costs and possess analytical thinking skills.
- have knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems, preferably proAlpha.
- consider a structured, independent working style to be a matter of course.
- have business fluent written and spoken English skills and are persuasive in your manner and negotiating skills.
- have the ability to plan strategically, are proactive in identifying potential for optimization, and are willing to take on responsibility.
- want to work in a motivated team that values cooperation and mutual support.

We attach great importance to transparency and fairness. Therefore, we undertake to quote a salary of EUR 45.000,- gross p.a. on a full-time basis (40 hours per week). However, we would like to emphasize that the actual salary will be determined individually and on the basis of your qualifications and professional experience as well as the internal salary structure. We will clarify this together when we know each other.
