Was erwartet Sie?

We are looking for an International Sales Manager (m/f/d) for our sales department. In this function, you will support our sales companies in the food sector in the intended region. By the end of the year, you have demonstrated positive growth in sales and earnings targets, as well as the continued development of key global customers.

Their tasks in detail are:

• Leading and supporting our national sales companies in achieving and exceeding growth and sales targets
• Ensuring the achievement of sales targets and continuous optimization of sales strategies
• Taking ownership of the CRM system and ensuring its effective use to improve sales processes and customer insights
• Identify and implement cross-sell opportunities to maximize business potential
• Create and present comprehensive reports to senior management that provide insights into sales performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations
• Single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders in all sales-related matters
• Interface function between sales, marketing, customer success management, service and product management
• Support of the national sales companies through training, education and representation of the company at international trade fairs

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?

• Degree in business administration, industrial engineering or comparable background
• International experience in a comparable position, preferably in the solutions business (hardware, software and services) or from the food environment
• Good knowledge of MS Office 365 and SAP BW
• Strong analytical, structured and results-oriented way of working
• Self-confident personality with high communication skills at all hierarchical levels
  Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to work together in interdisciplinary teams are an advantage
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English and willingness to travel internationally
