Your tasks
Shape our pricing strategy, implement digital pricing models and bring Testo even closer to our customers. Your contribution makes us more competitive, more profitable and future-proof. You will take on the following tasks
- Developing B2B Pricing Strategies: You design and manage international pricing strategies to ensure Testo remains competitive and profitable across all target markets – based on market trends, competitive analyses and cost structures.
- Pricing Architecture: You implement value-oriented pricing models (including Simon-Kucher principles), analyse customer segments and willingness-to-pay, and create a B2B pricing architecture that strengthens both margin and customer loyalty.
- System Integration: You drive the digitalisation and automation of pricing processes, introduce modern pricing software (e.g. PROS, SAP Pricing) and integrate these into CRM and e-commerce systems for efficient, dynamic pricing mechanisms.
- Managing Promotions: You continuously optimise price lists, plan and manage promotions, special campaigns and bundles, and use data to systematically identify and implement areas for improvement.
- Pricing Analyses: You create meaningful price, volume and margin analyses, define relevant KPIs, monitor these and derive clear recommendations for management and business units.
- Interface Management: You work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Product Management, advise on pricing strategies and train teams in the use of pricing tools and methods.
- Change Management: You initiate and accompany change processes in pricing, facilitate workshops, run pilot projects and build acceptance for new pricing logic and digital solutions in an international environment.

Your profile
- International B2B Pricing: Several years of experience in pricing, ideally in international B2B markets (e.g. HVAC/R or other technically complex products requiring explanation).
- Value-Based Pricing: Confident handling of pricing strategies and pricing psychology; experience in value-based pricing; knowledge of Simon-Kucher principles is desirable.
- Pricing Tools: Practical experience with common pricing and ERP systems as well as analytics and BI tools for data-driven decision-making.
- Analytics: Strong numerical aptitude and the ability to translate complex data into analyses, KPIs and business cases for management.
- Change Management: Experience in international project and change management, ideally in building or globally rolling out pricing concepts.
- Degree: Completed degree with a business or analytical focus (e.g. Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Mathematics or comparable).
- Personality: Structured, solution-oriented and self-driven approach, strong IT affinity and enthusiasm for digitalisation and collaboration in cross-functional teams.
- Language Skills: Business-fluent English (written and spoken); additional foreign languages are an advantage.
