Would you like to coordinate international projects and ensure transparency in the implementation of initiatives across more than 30 countries?
As Project Manager (m/f/d) International Reporting, you will (fixed-term contract 7-9 months) support the development and continuous improvement of a global project management system — ensuring smooth processes, accurate reporting, and structured communication between headquarters and our country subsidiaries:

Your Responsibilities

1. Project Coordination & System Maintenance

• Support the setup and further development of an international project management system for training and rollout activities.
• Maintain data, workflows, and access rights in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Assist in onboarding and supporting 34 country subsidiaries (CSOs).

2. Monitoring & Reporting

• Record and maintain measures, responsibilities, and status updates within the system.
• Create and update overviews and reports for management and specialist departments.
• Contribute to the design of a central landing page displaying the overall project status across all countries.

3. Quality Assurance & Follow-up

• Check data quality and completeness within the monitoring system.
• Track open items with process partners and support transparent status communication.
• Develop a systematic quality assurance mechanism that combines structured feedback from participating markets and trainers/service providers.
• Support the definition and documentation of global standards and procedures.

4. Automation & IT Support

• Contribute to identifying and implementing simple automation solutions (e.g., reminders, status updates, reports).
• Participate in the integration of modern tools (e.g., workflow or low-code platforms).
• Prepare data and results for dashboards and presentations.

Your profile

Education & Experience

• University degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, Education, Psychology, or a comparable field.
• Initial professional experience in project management — ideally in Learning & Development, process management, IT-supported projects, or international reporting.

Technical Skills

• Strong ability to structure, prioritize, and efficiently execute complex projects.
• Excellent IT skills, including proficiency with collaboration tools, Excel, and data structures.
• Experience with reporting, dashboard, or monitoring tools is a plus.
• Basic understanding or interest in adult learning and didactic concepts.
• First experience with AI and automation (e.g., use of AI tools, data preparation) is an advantage.
