Senior Expert Salesforce (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• Design and implement solutions using Salesforce Feedback Management, including surveys, feedback loops, and automation
• Configure objects, Flows, business rules, dashboards, and reporting structures
• Ensure alignment with international Customer and Employee Experience objectives
• Guarantee data quality, governance, and usability across all involved markets
• Design, expose, and consume REST APIs around Salesforce
• Integrate Salesforce with global systems such as CRM, ERP, data platforms, and external applications
• Implement synchronous, asynchronous, and event‑driven integrations
• Contribute to integration architecture standards and best practices
• Collaborate closely with onshore (Toulouse, Paris) and offshore (India) delivery teams
• Serve as a trusted advisor to functional and technical stakeholders

Your qualifications:

• Strong expertise in Salesforce Core
• Experience with Salesforce Feedback Management or equivalent survey/experience tools is a plus
• High proficiency in Salesforce automation (Flows), reporting, and dashboard creation
• Solid experience with REST APIs and Salesforce integration mechanisms
• Strong understanding of integration patterns (synchronous, asynchronous, event‑driven)
• Knowledge of security fundamentals including OAuth, authentication, and access management
• At least 5 years of Salesforce experience, ideally in integration‑heavy environments
• Strong client‑facing experience in complex international settings
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in multicultural teams
• Languages: French fluent; English professional to fluent (written & spoken)
