Join us as our Senior Backend Developer Platform (m/f/d) at Dedalus, one of the World’s leading healthcare technology companies, in Trier or 100% Home Office in Germany to do the best work of your career and make a profound impact in providing better care for a healthier planet.

Your Tasks:

• Develop and maintain framework components and functionalities for our 3tier application platform

• Ensure and constantly improve installability, portability, scalability and servicability of our products

• Deliver re-usable application components that help the organization to monitor and control our backend services

• Ensure consistency and the way our framework is used

• Maintain and further develop framework components, such as Application Server Framework, Kubernetes Framework etc.

• Perform Software design and architecture reviews to evaluate and iterate the designs.

• Work with both local and international product teams

• 3rd Level support on complex customer problems

• Ensure regular reporting wrt. Status and progress

You bring in:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or an equivalent combination of education and working experience

• Several years of working experience as a software developer

• Very Strong know how in min 3 of the following technologies: Jakarta Enterprise, Kubernetes, Docker, Java SE, Go, JBoss, Wildfly, Oracle, SQL, PL&/SQL, Networking Infrastructure, Prometheus, JMeter, Grafana, Dynatrace

• Enthusiasm for modern technologies

• Experience in Software Design, planning and concept creation

• Fluent in German (mandatory) and very good English skills
