Responsibilities

• Project & Maintenance Leadership: Design, plan, and coordinate all technical assistance and maintenance activities—both routine and complex—at customer industrial sites, ensuring seamless operations and minimal downtime.
• Hands-On Technical Support: Serve as the go-to expert for troubleshooting, commissioning, and optimizing gas systems and equipment, providing both on-site and remote support to customers.
• Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with internal departments and trusted external partners to deliver projects on time and within budget, managing the activities of subcontractors and ensuring high standards of workmanship.
• Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical needs, preparing estimates, managing orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements, share technical know-how with colleagues, and contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support roles within industrial gases, chemicals, or related sectors.
• Degree or diploma in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering (or a related technical field).
• Solid understanding of industrial plant systems, technical drawings, and safety regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills, hands-on approach, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Fluency in Turkish; English proficiency is a plus. Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
