Ready to set the gold standard for aviation safety and precision?
As a Detail Inspector, you’ll be the final checkpoint combining technical skill and attention to detail to keep our components compliant and our operations flying

Tasks

Your tasks as an Detail Inspector may include, among others:

Tasks

• Performs Quality Control inspections to determine serviceability and repairability of components and sub-assemblies
• Provides final return to service on components, sub-assemblies and engines (with appropriate certification and authorization)
• Reads and interprets engine manuals, aircraft manuals and work orders to perform required duties
• Creates and uses necessary inspection documents such as Shop Travelers, Dimensional Insp. Sheets, etc
• Use’s precision measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, etc.) as needed
• Detects errors and corrects through proper departmental channels
• Complies with all company policies and procedures and safety requirements

* Performs other duties as assigned by Quality Control Inspection Crew Chief

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of the below requirements:

• High school diploma required
• Bachelor’s degree desirable
• At least 2+ years of experience in related field
• Fluency in English language required
• German language desirable
• Must be mechanically inclined with an aptitude for inspecting aviation parts (aviation preferred)
• Word, Excel and Outlook as user
