7+ years of experience in power systems engineering, including DC power supply systems, power conversion, and application of power electronics (Thyristor, IGBT, etc.). Experience with power converters is essential
5+ years of experience with reactive power compensation, harmonic distortion, DC grids, electrolysers, fuel cells, and/or energy storage systems
Proactive and results-oriented, with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Comfortable working in a multicultural and multi-location environment
Willingness to travel up to 10% for projects and customer meetings
Skilled communicator, able to interface with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Fluent in English (written and spoken); a second European language (e.g., French, German, Spanish) is a plus
