Job Description

• High-quality preparation of cakes, desserts and sweets in the in-house patisserie according to the specified recipes using fresh products of the highest quality for the match days in the Allianz Arena, SAP Garden Arena and Olympiapark and all other locations
• Presenting and arranging the dishes according to our customers' specifications
• Coordination of preparation work and shared responsibility for a smooth organization and workflow in the patisserie
• Compliance with delivery times, quality standards and hygiene guidelines

Qualifications

• First professional experience as a pastry chef and baker in catering, banquet, or à la carte kitchen
• Team spirit! Without this you will not be successful!
• Adaptable and flexible - both at the events and outside. When it comes to working at events, things can change at any time!
• Experience of working with a high volume of work - don't be intimidated, it's busy but it's also fun! An energetic and charismatic personality - we want our guests to have fun, be engaged and have a smile on their face!
• Pride in your work - a desire to create memorable guest experiences
